This bracelet is not available to be sized...one size fits most...to determine whether or not you can wear this bracelet, make a loose fist as if fitting your hand through the bracelet. Measure around the widest part of your hand with a string or thin material (shoestring, dental floss...whatever) and then measure along a ruler that dimension. If you measure 8.5" (21.5 cm) or less around your knuckles or largest part of you hand, you can probably wear this cuff:)
