Self-development author Wayne Dyer wrote a book called You'll See It When You Believe It. He suggests that all we experience arises as a result of our deepest held beliefs. Dyer tells us that a deliberate change in belief will manifest a change in circumstances and experiences. Robert Anton Wilson describes two parts of the mind, the thinker and the prover. In his book Prometheus Rising, he writes, What the thinker thinks, the prover proves. The mind sifts through sensory data to find evidence to prove its preconceptions, assumptions, and beliefs. Remind yourself to believe in what you want to bring to life with the believe charm. |
